How to operate the glue machine?

Operation instruction

1. Turn the body (012036) to vertical and then lock the handle (012042)

2. Get the glue barrel off and fill with glue (012016)

3. Adjust the width of the working area (012021)

4. Adjust the height based on the material thickness (012028)

5. Turn "ON", adjust the speed after the power on.

6. Put the material on the working area (012019) to glue, and check the thickness of glue after trial glue, adjust the glue handle (01203) to proper glue usage.

7. When stop work, turn the body (012036) upside down to make the glue come into the glue barrel to make sure that the glue will not be dry.

8. Before re-work, using white oil to wipe the wheel (01208), then turn the hand-turn screw (012054), when it loose, then turn the glue barrel (012013) into vertical position, turn on the power, start to work.

9. Check the ammeter frequently, if the fuse need to be changed, do not exceed 3A.

10. If the material to be glued is thin and soft (0.3mm), adjust the Baffle (012021).
